If during the separation of the saffron stigma, the orange part and the white thread are separated by about one to three millimeters, this saffron is considered Pushali saffron. The white part of the stigma also possesses many beneficial properties.</p>



<p>Pushali saffron contains more stigma threads, giving it a color strength of between 170 to 250 units. The presence of the yellow part in saffron is an indicator of its authenticity. Therefore, the connection of the stigma to the style is considered one of the most important signs of genuine saffron.
